Grilled Eggplant with Quinoa Miso Spread

Slice the eggplant into an approximately 1 inch slice, grease up both surface of the sliced eggplant nicely with a vegetable oil. Then broil it, or pan fry it, until cooked. After the eggplant slices are cooked, take off the grease from surface using a clean cloth or paper towel. Spread 2 Tbsp of Quinoa Miso Spread on each slice. Broil in the oven for about 7 minutes.
